A familiar experience for many people is being redirected repeatedly:
“That’s not our responsibility”
“You need to contact someone else”
“We only deal with part of that issue”
"You will have to go back to the makers of that product to resolve that:

This happens frequently with councils, housing providers, , public services and retailers.
Often, responsibility does exist — but it is fragmented, poorly explained, or misunderstood.
Understanding which organisation is responsible for which part of a problem can reduce stress and prevent unnecessary back-and-forth.
Passing the buck doesn’t solve the issue immediately, but being told your rights restores control.
