How the £5 Advice Service Works

Step 1

Tell us what’s happened

Complete a short form describing your situation. You can include dates, key details, and upload documents or screenshots if helpful.

Applicants will receive a designated form when they make their payment, please complete this and return it to us when you will receive your comprehensive report of how to deal with it.

Step 2

We respond in writing within 48 hours of sending it

You will receive a clear, written and detailed response explaining your options and suggested next steps in plain English.

No pressure, No persuasion, Just constructive positive advice


Responses are provided within 48 hours.

Step 3

You decide what to do next

You remain in control. You can act on the guidance or seek further help elsewhere.
